Will you travel to my area?
Our service areas include all of Hampton Roads and South Eastern Virginia. This includes everything within a 50 mile radius of Hampton, Virginia. As we continue to grow, so will our service areas.
How do you charge for a Service Call?
We charge on an hourly basis and add in our material cost and overhead. There is a minimum service charge of $140.00. Once we we find the problem, we will consult with the customer and give a flat rate for the repair. On average our small service repairs range from $140-$350. I.E. Repairing and replacing a bad switch - $140 switch included.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment: Cash, check, credit card, online payments.
We usually send our customers a detailed invoice online that you can pay on your own selected, secured server.
